Women taking up space in the built environment
More women succeeding as designers, technologists, and decision-makers means more mentors, more examples, and better buildings.

I believe the way to provide women with more seats at the table is to keep building our own tables as well as joining existing ones. Visibility matters. So does the quieter work of staying in the room, on site, in planning meetings, and in conversations about who gets to shape the places we live. Investing in women in the built environment is not a slogan. It is how the industry gets more rigorous, more humane, and more complete.
