The President Muhammadu Buhari (PMB) Estate is a site-and-services scheme on a 170-hectare expanse of land, designed to have support facilities such as a neighbourhood centre comprising a shopping mall and events centre. The masterplan organises housing clusters, access roads, and shared amenities within a coherent urban structure.
The scope covered production of drawings and project administration. Master planning established plot layouts, road hierarchies, and open-space distribution, with design collaboration ensuring housing typologies aligned with demand and planning requirements.
