A 170-hectare site-and-services estate at Kobape, Abeokuta, with three prototype houses and serviced plots. I drew the house types and followed the scheme from the brief toward sale. This was me learning to think in neighbourhoods, not only in buildings.
The President Muhammadu Buhari (PMB) Estate is a site-and-services scheme on a 170-hectare expanse of land, designed to have support facilities such as a neighbourhood centre comprising a shopping mall and events centre. The masterplan organises housing clusters, access roads, and shared amenities within a coherent urban structure.
The scope covered production of drawings and project administration. Master planning established plot layouts, road hierarchies, and open-space distribution, with design collaboration ensuring housing typologies aligned with demand and planning requirements.
