A proposed residence exploring contemporary housing layouts within a temperate highland context.
This residential proposal responds to Jos’s climate and topography with a layout that considers orientation, privacy, and neighbourhood character, exploring efficient unit planning and contextual materiality.
The scope covered design and production of drawings. Initial studies included site planning, plan development, and 3D massing exploration to refine residential comfort and buildability.
